Through the SNOW Academy, our training school dedicated to the world of spa and wellness, we train our employees internally. Since 2021, more than 150 employees have been trained. Our trainers, experts in the field and with several years of experience, allow to acquire knowledge on the three brands of SNOW Group.
It’s important to us to involve our employees as much as possible, which is why, throughout the year, we offer them opportunities to raise awareness on various environmental and social issues. This is an opportunity for our employees to actively participate in the life of the company while developing themselves through various and current themes.
